The Story

You may recognize Angie & Lisa as we've been canvassing the neighborhood for several years knocking on doors to introduce ourselves, and dropping off season goodies.


We met Erling & Ruth almost 7 years ago when they were first starting to contemplate a downsize out of their empty nest. Over the years we enjoyed our regular visits with them while keeping them up to date on the market and patiently helping them explore the various options of downsizing.
