The Story

You may recognize Angie & Lisa as we've been canvassing the neighborhood for several years knocking on doors to introduce ourselves, and dropping off season goodies.

We met Erling & Ruth almost 7 years ago when they were first starting to contemplate a downsize out of their empty nest. Over the years we enjoyed our regular visits with them while keeping them up to date on the market and patiently helping them explore the various options of downsizing.

Angie & Lisa did 3 open houses starting with a sneak peek on Friday evening. It was a busy weekend with about 80 groups through even with the hockey playoffs underway. (We made sure we had the Canucks game on for the Sunday open so nobody had to miss out ;)
MASTERFUL NEGOTIATION ~ we received 6 offers and guided the sellers to select the offer with the terms, conditions and price that would benefit them the most.
SUCCESSFUL CLOSE ~ now that the SOLD sign is officially up we can start seriously looking for their next place to call home. Moving from a house to a condo is a big adjustment, but we're getting there!
