How it works...
The entire process takes anywhere from 30 - 60 minutes (depending on how much we chat ;)
I would meet you at your home so we can do a walk through together and take the opportunity to connect and see if we are a good fit.
If it's a condo I can normally do some market research in advance and give you an estimate of value during our first meeting. At the same time I can go over my marketing program with you and answer any questions about the process of selling your home.
If you have more of a unique property I like to do it in two steps. The first meeting is to do a walk through of your home together while I take notes so that I can go away and do some careful market research in order to come up with an accurate number.
Our second meeting would be to review my research together and give you an estimate of value.
